Going from high-level task specifications to low-level control
The goal of our research is to semantically describe and reason upon complex sensor-based robot tasks in order to simplify the programming of industrial robots. We are focusing on manipulation tasks for small part assembly. The programming can be simplified by reuse of skills and by generating control programs from task constraints.
